Quota And Abuse Stop

YAO LifeOS Public/User Alpha.

Small limits first

Public/User Alpha uses small quotas, rate limits, and abuse-stop controls before broad user access.

High-impact actions

Gmail send, Gmail delete, Calendar invite, Calendar notification, recurring event write, provider sharing, public output, and permanent deletion remain separately gated.

Stop conditions

Abuse, excessive provider errors, revoked tokens, quota exhaustion, or unexpected provider access patterns stop provider operations until reviewed.
