Purpose

YAO LifeOS Owner Admin Preview is a limited personal context organization service. Google OAuth is used only when a user starts a provider connection flow and grants consent.

The initial public Google Drive scope is limited to user-selected or app-created files. The submitted Gmail review flow is the bounded Gmail readonly scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly; Gmail send/modify/delete and Calendar write flows remain gated and are not part of this submitted readonly review flow.

The public OAuth demo packet is available without Cloudflare Access or one-time PIN login for Google verification reviewers. It includes the Gmail readonly scope justification, message-body processing explanation, source account impact evidence, Limited Use and AI/ML disclosure, YouTube demo, and direct MP4 fallback. The Gmail readonly live review page also lets reviewers complete Google OAuth and run a real browser-only Gmail readonly readback from their own reviewer account without a LifeOS login.
